Handy Manny NC- Charlotte's Best Handyman Service provider, is proud to be part of the Angie's List Big Deal program.  We want to thank you for your participation in our handyman services special.

In order to get the most out of your voucher, we ask that you complete the following form and include as much detailed information as possible of the home improvement projects you would like accomplished during your 3 (three) hours of service for one man, or 1 1/2 hours for two men.  We want to make sure we are fully prepared for the job(s) at hand, therefore satisfying every customer to the best of our ability.

We work in geographical regions on certain days of the week, and scheduling will contact you to schedule an appointment for your handyman services based on the information you leave on this form.  Due to the high demand, please give us a couple days to respond back via email with appointment options. Due to the nature of our trade, we need a 2 hour period blocked out for our arrival time. 

Please note that any project requiring the consumption of any of our materials like gasoline and oil, plaster, drywall, primer, tape, or any other building material or natural resources that we have purchased, that will be charged to the customer at the time of service.  If we are required to make a trip to the hardware store to purchase any materials for your projects, the time and gas will be billed separate of the voucher at our normal rate of $60 and hour.  There is also a 24 hour cancellation notice required to prevent forfitting your voucher, so please schedule when you know you are available. 

If  you have projects that you know will exceed the time alotted on the voucher, like pressure washing a whole house, painting whole rooms, running new wiring and electrical for installing ceiling fans or flood lights, etc. it is best for you to let us know up front and to apply your voucher towards the predetermined fixed costs of that project, rather than you paying us $60 an hour to finish it. It is less expensive for you when you pay by the job, rather than by the hour on certain larger home improvement projects.  We want all our customers happy, as this is the reason we are in business.
